Maryland Bourbon Cream is handcrafted using our 5 year-aged Single Barrel Bourbon. It’s the perfect combination of rich delicious cream and our Bourbon with a bold taste of vanilla and caramel.

Bourbon Cream is delicious on its own, either chilled or over ice. Add it to your coffee as a creamer or pour it over ice with root beer for a delicious treat or perhaps, combine it with our Vanilla Vodka and coffee to make a Maryland 400 cocktail.

Made from 100% Maryland mollasses, rum is distilled only from mollasses, just like Navy sailors would have had back when rum was a part of sailors’ daily routine! Our difference is that we age for over 5 years in a Bourbon barrel to give this Rum a distinctive flavor.

Starting with our base Rum, we added just a touch of local farm honey from Southern Maryland Beekeepers. The result is a slightly sweet spirit which retains its Rum notes and easy drinkability.

From the beginning of Tobacco Barn Distillery, we knew there were some things we just had to do: (i) make great Bourbon, (ii) make great Whiskies, (iii) make great Rums, and (iv) bring attention to all things Maryland. It’s fitting that we chose Moll Dyer to honor with our Cinnamon Whiskey. If you aren’t familiar with her story, here’s the Wikipedia page. We believe she was a victim of simple-minded townsfolk and took the opportunity to rewrite the story. If you’d care to see our version, you’ll need to pick up a bottle & we think she’d approve.
